Product Faults

All care is taken to ensure your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. If for some reason it is damaged/faulty in any way, please get in touch to arrange a replacement. The warranty on our handmade items is 6 months, and care instructions are available here as well as sent with your purchase. Faulty item must be returned in brand new condition, unworn and unwashed.

Exchanges and Refunds

Please take time to read through the sizing guide. If when you receive your purchase it is not the correct size, please get in touch with me to arrange a replacement in the correct size, if incorrect size was ordered, a refund will not be offered, only a replacement. As with faulty items, incorrectly sized purchases must be returned in brand new condition, unworn and unwashed. For any exchanges or refunds, these will not be provided until faulty/incorrect item has been received back to us.

Custom Orders

Due the volume of orders I receive, please allow up to 3 weeks for your creation to be made and then couriered to you.

When I receive your order, I will confirm with you an expected time frame if less than the 3 weeks.

For items currently stocked, these will be sent by the next business day after payment is received.
